Apartment house complex `Akamatsu' in Yukari no Mori (Japanese page)

Yukari no Mori is located 6 km northwest of Tsukuba Center (the bus terminal) and 5 km north of Kasumi Tsukuba Center (the tournament site). Please use a taxi to reach Yukari no Mori from Tsukuba Center. The transportation between Yukari no Mori and Kasumi Tsukuba Center is under consideration.

Akamatsu in Yukari no Mori consists of 12 rental apartment units. Each rental unit we have reserved is a part of a Canadian style house, and has 1 single room, 2 twin rooms, a bathroom, a living and dining room, and a kitchen.

You will be able to have dinners and breakfasts if you would like, but the menu will be a single fixed menu. You will be able to have only dinners, but you will not be able to have only breakfasts. You are strongly recommended to take dinners and breakfasts at Akamatsu unless you cook by yourself, because there is no restaurants or shops around there.

We have reserved 6 rental units and a meeting room for the nights of 22nd and 23rd, and 4 rental units for the night of the 21st.

If you would like to stay at Akamatsu, please fill in the registration form with necessary information and send the charge with the registration fee. Each twin room will be shared by two participants. Individual participants will be assigned a room with another participant.
