Though we will try to find operators and machines for all applicants, it cannot be guaranteed. Moreover it has not been decided the kind of computers that we can prepare for. Almost all PCs may be old models. We will assign the PCs in order of arrival of application to the tournament. Though deputy operators will substitute participation to their best ability accept a possibility that troubles (including operational mistakes) could arise.
We are now trying to find the machines. The PCs of the following specification may be prepared.
The fastest machine that we can reserve until now is mobile Pentium 4 3.06 GHz laptop PC.
We will inform more detail about each machine that is assigned to each applicant.
